1. Sending an Order
To send an order you should fill in a form which you can find in our shopping basket.
2. Order Confirmation
After we have received your order you will be sent our request of confirmation by e-mail.Your order will be realised as soon as you have confirmed it.
3. Realisation of orders
The order that you sent for the chosen items will be realised within 5 to 15 days. The time of realisation depends on the items that you choose.
4. Shipping
The cost of shipping is added to the total sum of your order according to the current shipping costs. The descretly wrapped parcel or box (with blister foil) will be sent by post or other delivery firm indicated by the customer.
In case of shipping abroad the order will be realized only after the payment to our bank account has been confirmed.
5. Return Policy
According to the Polish law clothing and especially underwear can not be returned although customers may resign from buying an item within 10 days from the date of delivery on condition that they return it unused and in its original package. In case you would like to return an item please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail stating precisely the reasons of your resignation.
6. Personal Data Safety Policy
